Some of our trainings include external links that will open in a new tab. Please review the information in that tab and watch any videos to the end. Once you are done reviewing the information and videos, you can navigate back to the Learn365 Tab that has your training open on it and click on the blue Next Item button in the bottom right-hand corner. More detailed instructions are below the image.



  1. Wait for the new tab to open or click on the Open Link text if the tab does not open within 10 seconds.
  2. Review the information on the page and watch any videos through to the end.
  3. Once done, navigate back to the Learn365 Player tab, this is the tab that has your training open.
  4. Click on the blue Next Item button in the lower right-hand corner of the window to go to the next step in your training.
  5. Repeat this process for any other sections that open an external link.
