1. If you click the Arrow in the 'Attach to Epic' Plug-In and it looks too large like this: 

2. RIGHT CLICK on your DESKTOP. 

3. Select DISPLAY SETTINGS. 

4. Change the SCALE to 100%. 

5. This may make your screens look very small. That's okay we can change it back. 

6. Close Outlook. 

7. You can now make changes to the Add-In Configuration. 

8. Go back and RIGHT CLICK on your Desktop and Change the Scale back to whatever it was previously and your scale should go back to normal. 

Unfortunately, when you close out of Outlook and go back in, you will have the same problem but you should not need to do that process again anyway. If you do, this workflow is how you accomplish that.
