There are 2 methods to use Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) to login to SimpleLegal.

1. Go to pgis.okta.com and login using your work email 

2. Select the SimpleLegal tile

Using the Simple Legal Login Page


1. Go to app.simplelegal.com

2. Select Single Sign On (SSO) button

3. Enter in your work email address

4. Sign into Okta using your work email address







How to Request SimpleLegal SSO

Any requests need approval of the PGIS Legal department. There are 2 ways to request SSO;


1. Via the Service Catalog

2. Via the App Portal


Requesting SSO via the Service Catalog


1. Go to https://patriotgis.freshservice.com/support/catalog/items/242

2. Enter in the requested employee's email address

3. This will create a ticket that will be used to check approval


Requesting SSO via the App Portal


1. Login to pgis.okta.com

2. Select Add apps in the left menu



3. Make sure the filter is set to Apps Managed by PGIS




4. Find the SimpleLegal, and select Request




5. Add an optional comment, and select Request App




6. Once approved, you will have the application added to your dashboard
