How to view and manage quarantined emails
There are three ways to access your Proofpoint Digest:
- Go to https://pgis.okta.com and click the Proofpoint Digest tile
- Go directly to https://portal.proofpoint.com
- If your mailbox receives an email that is quarantined, you will receive a digest email on the next scheduled delivery date (Typically 7:00am EST) This email will provide information about those messages and a link to your quarantine.
In your Proofpoint Digest, there will be three folders:
- Spam - Quarantined: general spam emails such as bulk, mass-marketing emails.
- Email Firewall: emails that may contain potential offensive language.

Low Priority Mail - Quarantined: emails that represent low priority email such as newsletters, invitations, and announcements.
Within this area, you can:
- Find messages stored in your quarantine via the search bar
- Release message from your quarantine to your Outlook mailbox
- Mark messages as Not Spam
- Release and Allow the sender
- Block the sender
- Mark messages by Allowing Sender (for spam or bulk message only)
- Manage your Allow and Block Lists by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner and then click Quarantine
