Delegation for a calendar is different on the Web Version than the App version of Outlook. In the app, you will follow the steps on How to Delegate Someone to Your Inbox. To share just your Calendar on the Web version:

 

Navigate to https://outlook.office.com/mail/


  1. Click on the Calendar icon on the left next to Inbox.
  • It will take you to your calendar on a new page.





      2. Click Share on the upper right side of the page.




     3. Enter the email address and the type of permission you want the person to have.

     4. Click the Share button and it will delegate the permissions you set.
