The following steps will guide you through enabling the Outlook Mobile application to store Outlook contacts on your mobile phone.

Apple iPhone Instructions:

1) Open Outlook Mobile and tap the circle with your initial op the top-left

1) A window will populate with your mailbox folders.  On the bottom-left, tap on the Gear (Settings) icon:

1) The Settings menu will populate.  Tap on Contacts:

1) Then Contacts settings will populate.  Tap on Save Contacts:

1) In the account menu settings, tap the toggle slide to enable the setting.  (Note: if you have more than one O365 account configured in Outlook Mobile, make sure you are enabling it for your work email address):

1) After toggling the slide to enable, another prompt will populate, tap Save to my iPhone:

You should now be able to see Outlook contacts in your iPhone contacts.
